Soca Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Lemon Grove is a family run and veteran owned academy proud to serve Lemon Grove and the nearby area.

Professor Arlan is a 2nd degree Black Belt under 6th Degree Black Belt Alexandre “Soca” Freitas, and has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 16 years. He is a family man and grew up in southeast San Diego. He had recently retired from the US Marine Corps. His love and passion is in the world of Jiu-Jitsu and he is excited to be serving the Lemon Grove community with high quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction at local economy pricing.
